Our Story

Lingoana was born from a simple idea: learning English shouldn't feel like an impossible challenge. It should be fun, accessible, and fit into your life – not the other way around.

I'm Phillip, and I've been teaching English for 3 years here in Vietnam. My wife, Hien, is the language powerhouse of our team – she's been teaching English, Chinese, and Korean for 8 years and truly understands what Vietnamese learners need to succeed.

Together, we noticed something important: most English learning platforms weren't made with Vietnamese students in mind. The explanations were confusing, the methods didn't match how Vietnamese speakers naturally learn, and honestly, a lot of it just wasn't very fun.

So we decided to change that.
